As a technology leader, we need employees with a wide variety of technical backgrounds. Below is a representative listing of the types of technician positions you will find at HTI. Most positions require a two year technical degree.
CAD Technicians and Drafters - work closely with design engineers, prototyping engineers, and toolmakers to generate models and prints in solid works.
Engineering Technicians - assist with product development, conduct engineering tests, quality monitoring, computer programming, troubleshoot, and adjust the prototyping and measurement process.
Electromechanical Technicians - setup and qualify new prototyping equipment.
Maintenance Technicians - maintain, troubleshoot, and repair prototyping equipment.
Metrology Technicians - coordinate measurement and inspection of products and tools through programming and operation of coordinate measurement machines and other lab inspection systems.
Toolmakers - As a toolmaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the tools and dies used in our development. You will be involved with designing, building, debugging, qualifying, and setting up tooling and prototyping equipment.
