    Your dental plan is designed to provide coverage for preventative care, basic services such as fillings and major services such as crowns and bridges.


Life Insurance


    We provide basic life and AD&D (accidental death and dismemberment) insurance at no cost to employees. You can supplement this coverage by purchasing additional life and AD&D insurance for yourself, spouse, and children.


Short Term and Long Term Disability


    We provide income protection in the event of an approved short term disability. We also provide basic long term disability coverage in the event of an approved disability exceeding 180 days. Employees can purchase additional long term disability coverage.


Time Off



Employee Managed Time Off (Paid Time Off)


    Employees accrue paid time off at the rate of approximately 80 hours in the first year of employment and increase their accrual by 40 hours per year at 1, 5, and 10 years of employment. Employees also have a limited amount of unpaid time they can use.
